The assistant named Judy who attended to us was extremely helpful. Understood my needs and recommended various options for me to try. unfortunately THE SAME CAN'T BE SAID FOR THE GENTLEMEN IN THE SHOP WHO IGNORED ME AND PRROCEEDED TO CHAT AMONGST THEMSELVES AND THEN HAD THE IGNORANCE TO SNIGGER AND MAKE FUN OF ME WHEN I AND MY COMPANIONS AS WE STRUGGLED DOWN THE STAIRS DUE TO MY DISABILITY.

As soon as I walked into the store Rae the sales person came to great me and ask how he could help me. He has a wealth of knowledge that I was able to tap into and find exactly what I was looking for in a new bed for my daughter. He then left me to make the final choice without any pressure and then once I had decided on the bed Rae dealt with the paper work very professionally. My husband and I bought our Hypnos bed from your company years ago and felt after that experience that I would return. When I need new beds for my spare rooms I will shop with you again and hope Rae is there to help me. Well done.

We received a warm welcome from Judy, and she spent some time understanding our requirements, which was reassuring. She then directed us to a number of mattresses, which we duely tested. We then decided quite quickly which mattresses we wished to purchase. Judy's excellent customer service and knowledge helped us arrive at this decision with no hesitiation. Overall we were very impressed with the service we received and the quality of the mattresses.

Steve in the Portslade store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and good humoured. He did not give me the hard sell but focused on the right bed for me and also the right bed to fit up my narrow stairs! I have not only ordered a great bed but had a most enjoyable hour in the store. Who knew bed shopping could be so fun!

Found bed we wanted quickly and placed order without delay. It was a Thurs. evening and we were the only customers at that time.

I hate it when you go into a shop/store and the sales staff are over your shoulder the whole time putting pressure on. I now just walk out of stores that operate this way. Our salesperson - Rae - got the balance just right of being helpful, with good information and guidance - and leaving us alone when needed. This was a significant factor in us making our purchase today.

The Young man/Kevin who served me was highly efficient & had very good product knowledge! The fact I have some back trouble, I get very hot in bed & the various things I wanted storagewise too! Matching colours of headboard & choice of styles! He even sold me a Bed Cover which was on offer! Validation Code B158

Staff were helpful but not pushy which meant we felt we could take time to make the right choice rather than feel pressurised or simply leave.
