We got exactly what we were looking for, it was easy and stress free. Judy was really helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find us what we were looking for. The only point I would like to make is about the cost, as we didn't really want to spend over £1,000 and our total cost was nearly £1,300.

The sales assistant Judy couldn't be more helpful its the sort of customer service you used to get in the past but hard to find today

Judy was an excellent sales person. I cannot rate her highly enough. She took time to genuinely understand our needs. She did not upsell, but presented each product on its merits. This gave us confidence in the products for objective reasons. She took time to diligently prepare the order and replay everything to us. Customer service this good is rare nowadays, Judy is an asset to Dreams.

For the foregoing reasons

The assistance was very helpful showing me all the things I had to take into consideration when purchasing a bed. Rae made me relaxed I felt no pressure to purchase and the first bed he showed me after trying many more was the one I bought.

We were initially overwhelmed with the choice available but once the colour coding on the different types of bed was explained it was much easier to make it choice. The staff were really helpful, even going so far as to distract is children whilst we tested the beds. Great service.
