We bought a bed just under a year ago (approx. £2,500) and were served by Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and upon his advice we bought our first bed. We were delighted he was available to speak to again on our recent visit. We have bought a second, more expensive bed, this time to meet my specific comfort needs. Unfortunately the packaging for the Tempur pillow I bought was damaged. However when I returned to the store this was swiftly rectified by Kevin.

Visited the bexhill store to view bed. Not on display. Suggested eastbourne store but they only had another bed in the range not the one I wanted to look at hence my visit to Portslade.

Your store was our first port of call. We found everything we needed and more includuding first class attentive service. We intended to purchase a double mattress only but ended up with two beds, headboards, pillows and a mattress protector. Normally I visit two or three stores before I make a purchase of this size but on this occasion there was no need - happy days!

Rae who looked after us had a good knowledge of all products in store. He listened to us and helped us to find what we wanted. He wasn't pushy just polite and knowledgeable. Overall a very good service.
