Layout of the shop was nice with clear pricing on all bed frames and mattresses

Well laid out store. Very helpful assistant, Steve, who allowed us to pick our mattress in our own time, without any pressure.

The wide range of products were explained in a simple and efficient manner. at the person dealing with us had a friendly manner and the transaction was achieved rapidly and without fuss. Delivery options were surprising in that we could receive the mattress within one week.

Steve was knowledgable but without being pushy. Good selection. Only comment we would make is that there were the signs saying half price in large letters everywhere, but the 'up to' lettering was very small. There didn't seem to be anything in the store that was half price. Misleading signage.

Great staff at Port Slade shop. Second visit and staff know the products well. Unhurried and easy ordering with detailed explanation and interest free credit which always helps.

Went in and got exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time.

I got what I wanted at a good price. Judy, the salesperson was quick to help me and understood my needs. She was friendly and quick, explained what I wanted explaining but didn't drag it out. Jolly good all round.
