Cazz was very knowledgeable and let me try mattresses and she was able to answer my queries very professionally. She didn't hurry me. Very approachable. I haven't received my goods yet so can't give an opinion but am so looking forward to my delivery.

Our assistant was Chass. She was delightful, very knowlegeable and gave us plenty of time to consider our purchase. We wanted to change the bun feet to legs, and she quickly found a solution for us. She was very friendly and helpful.
