Just at the Fishersgate/ portslade store was fantastic. Brilliant service!

The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Friendly and helpful without being pushy. Gave us time to consider options. Sale process was quick

Steve (the sales person who assisted us) was extremely welcoming and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and advised us accordingly. He was so friendly which made this an easier experience as I find getting on and off beds embarrassing. He was able to meet all the criteria we wanted without pushing up the price 'because he could'.

Steven, the sales assistant at the Portslade store, although very busy made sure he answered all our queries and gave us good advice on selecting an appropriate mattress and base (I was looking for a small double bed).
