Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was a very welcoming feel when we entered the store and we were immediately offered tea or coffee. The different types of mattresses were explained to us and we really liked the way the range of the types were colour coded. We were left to look around to test the various mattresses and were not hassled or pressured to make a quick decision. We found and bought the mattress which met our needs, together with two bedside cabinets to replace the two which we bought in 1972 !!! The whole process was an enjoyable experience. We will definitely visit again for any further bedroom purchases.

Kevin was the gentleman we saw at the store and his extensive knowledge helped us to choose the correct mattress for our needs. It was an enjoyable experience because he gave us the time we needed to try out the product but also answered all our questions without hesitation and offered good advice.

Rae at the Portslade store was very helpful, listened to what I was looking for and even made me a cup of coffee while I looked at the mattresses.

Our assistant approached us on entry and asked us what our requirements were. We were given several options and recommendations on what would suit us. We were allowed to sample the beds selected
