Went in expecting to buy a certain type of bed but ended up with something different based on the Salesmans knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. Was given plenty of time to try beds over and over, try different types and ask questions. Very impressed with the Comfort Exchange facility. We love our existing bed but it's 10 years old, this facility gives us the confidence to buy a new one knowing there is a fall back option if we hate the new one.

We went in looking for a duvan with drawers but were shown a better storage solution with the side entrance rising bed. We didn't think this was in budget but it was

Helpful and efficient

I bought a beautiful bed (half price)some years ago, plus a good quality mattress. I was given good advice on the mattress and I'm still really pleased with both items. Yestrday I bought a mattress for my daughter.... I was unable to pay on line the night before as delivery address was different to Visa card address, but yesterday the sales person at portslade branch was really helpful, recommended a replacement mattress as I'd missed the deadline for autumn sale the previous night.... He couldn't have been more helpful ..... I trust Sresms for quality and staff seem good quality too !

we were pleased with he interest shown to us by the staff when inquiring about the products and did n ot feel under any pressure.

Rae was very helpful, but not intrusive, which is nice. The signage explaining the mattress types was very useful. There was a large sellection of the mattresses on display, which again is helpful. We were a little alarmed by the prices of all but the cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses. Thank you.
