Having been directed to this store by another smaller store we found the bed that met our requirements. The staff did not hassle us into deciding before we were ready, made it clear that they were available if we needed them and gave us time and space to consider our decision. When we did ask for assistance it was friendly and prompt.

We weren't hounded by staff as soon as we walked in, we looked and tried several beds, and got assistance from Guy when we wanted it, who was very helpful.
