Judy, the Sales Assistant was extremely helpful. When we arrived she asked if she could help and when we said we were just looking, she left us to do that, before offering her help again. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took great pains to ensure we bought the right bed and mattress. at all times she was professional.

Judys product knowledge was excellent, she assesed our needs and we actually purchased her first recommendation even though she patiently went though other options with 6s when we were laying on nearly every bed in the shop !

The assistant Judy was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and showed a wide knowledge of all the products on offer. We was encouraged to try out several different beds to suit our individual requirements. So overall we was delighted with the service we had.

Your colleague, Kevin, was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to advise me very quickly on the options applicable to my needs. We were able to focus on an either/or and the decision was made and order completed in less than 30 mins.

Staff member very friendly, made us feel welcome as so as we entered store and made us drinks. Did not feel pressured into buying.
