Dreams - Brighton

Judy assisted me with purchase a few months ago for one of my sons, and I was so impressed by her friendliness, advice and overall knowledge that I came back this time to buy for another son.

From the moment we arrived in the store we were made very welcome, which made it much easier for us to look for what we wanted ,Judy the lady that served us was outstanding in the knowledge she knew about beds.

I was given appropriate advice when looking for a new mattress and was also advised on the varioous options that were available. I was originally thinking of a 100% memory foam matress but was concerned about heat so was shown a hybrid spring and foam option which is what I ended up purchasing.

generally an excellent experience, my one complaint, is the fact the bed, which comes in "part" is not assembled by the delivery men; We bought two beds from you when we returned from living abroad in 2010, which were both assembled upon delivery; Why the change in policy ? Typo "parts"

Kevin the assistant who took our order couldn't have been more helpful. He showed us and explained all the different items in the category we were looking to purchase. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about every item in the entire store. We purchased our beds because of the information and advice he gave us. Well done Kevin at Portslade!

We visited your dreams shop in Brighton and was served by Judy, she was most friendly and helpful, we had visited Bensons for beds who had a very Similiar product at a significantly cheaper price but the sales assistant was not knowledgeable or friendly.
