Dreams - Brighton

I wasn't to sure about coming back to dreams as just over 2 years ago I brought a bed and I'm having to replace it already but that is just life I guess but I got in the store and your guys reassured me that this time round there will be no problems and that if there is then just go back and see them and they will help me claim on the warranty that I took out .. This store was a very nice looking store .. I will recommend dreams to friends and family

The service we received from the staff member who looked after us Was first class she was very knowledgable about all of the products, nothing was to much trouble for her, overall this was a very good shopping experience for both my wife and myself.

The assistants knowledge, friendlyness and overall manner made shopping for the bed pleasant.

i was really confused about all th choice in the shop , Martin gave me the time and advice i needed to choose my bed .

The assistant Judy was very knowledgeable and helpful as neither of us knew really what was the best bed for us and she helped us to choose

My wife and I were warmly welcomed when we walked in, and made to feel extremely comfortable. The sales assistant, Kevin, listened to our wants and needs, and let us try a lot of different beds, all the while explaining the differences between them all. As my wife is expecting, we have been saving up for a few months now, and we are very hopeful that we made the right decision with Kevin's assistance. We are also happy with the 40 night sleep satisfaction exchange. Dreams really have made our dreams come true.

I was helped by Steve. He was informative and keen to help. I wanted to shop around (Dreams was my 2nd port of call) and it came down to two beds - I liked them both - one in your store and one in another. In the end I decided to go back to Dreams because I felt Steve deserved my business. He had tried to do a deal with me the first time but I wasn't ready. Of 6 sales people seen that day, Steve impressed me the most. He is a credit to you.

We were greeted by the staff on entering the store and allowed to wander for a minute or two before an assistant came over to see if he could help. On telling him our needs he pointed out the beds that met our requirements and left us to it to test before coming across again to see if we need further help.
