the store employee, martin, was great, knew are requirements and assisted without being intrusive.

The assistant, Judy was very helpful. She greeted me soon after i entered the store and ascertained my needs quickly. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the mattress types. She got me a pillow similar to the one I have at home so I could ensure I feel comfy and was making the right choice. She even made me a cup of tea! I did not feel rushed or like I was an imposition. In fact she made the whole process feel calm and In the end I was content I had made the right choice.

I was delivered an excellent overall service, my assistant Guy was very knowledgable allowing me as a customer to get exactly what I needed. He made the experience very pleasant. An excellent service!
