The salesman named Guy was very understanding, my husband has problems getting his words out, Guy was great at giving the time he needed to feel he was being listened too and believe me when I say that is VERY rear, he felt like a human being for a change! So I would like to say a huge thank you to Guy for makeing his day so good!

Very helpful and happy to find us the right bed that suited me and my wife's needs as my wife is disabled and it has to be right for her

The assistant Judy was very helpful, and helped me find a much better bed than I expected. I am very pleased with what I have bought.

Kevin was very helpful & patient whilst we were debating our choice of product , including moving the mattress to a surface that would be the same as our own bed base, so we could test it fully .

Judy was wonderful and so helpful throughout our visit to your store in Portslade she made us feel unrushed and very welcome.

Kevin was very good and efficient with his sale transaction. He gave good advice. After sales support were extremely good too with sara being especially helpful.
