Because the lady who took care of us was lovely very informative and helpful she was great!!

We entered store knowing we needed to purchase a new bed but did not know where to start. Judy the Sales Advisor took us through the options in great detail and took the time to understand our needs and our budget. Its has been a long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service and excellence. Judy had and vast amount of product knowledge but was also on a customer level which made me feel extremely comfortable. Great experience, thank you Judy.

Martin was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the products that we were interested in. He was friendly and put himself out to make sure we were happy with our choice. Martin also gave us very good competitive prices and a date that we were happy with to have our bed delivered. We feel safe and secure that we have made the right decision in the bed that we brought.

When entering the store we was not 'jumped on' by staff we were free to roam untill assistance was needed. Judy from the Shoreham road store was extremely polite and very interested in the stories I was telling her she was approachable and extremely helpful and made my visit a rememberal one with no stress! 10/10 to her!

Guy was helpful and friendly without being a pushy salesman. Made the experience in Dreams easy, quick and pleasant.
