Dreams - Brighton

The assistant came to us when she saw we were looking around and showed us all the headboards on offer and was knowledgable about them

I visited several other bed shops (some with lower prices) who couldn't have been more uninterested in me wanting to buy. So I returned to Dreams (Hove) where I had also visited and had been helpful, but were slightly out of my budget at the time. I decided to pay more money for better service. Upon returning, expecting to pay more than the previous company, the product that I had originally wanted and was out of my price range had been reduced. So I returned expecting to pay more (but to a company who actually seemed to care) but got what I wanted for the budget I had originally set. A result.

Guy who served us was fantastic and i hope he gets recognition for this. We had visited 3 bed shops this morning and he was by far the nicest, friendliest and so helpful.

Very quick service after we worked out what we wanted, would recommend to buy from Dreams.

Just the all round service is very good. The staff can't do enough to help there not pushy like some others. I was very satisfied with the way we was treated

Our sales assistant, Guy, was very helpful and informative, offering plenty of choice. He knew where all the mattresses were and was patient and chatty whilst we made up our minds and tried out the different mattresses.
