Slight mix up over deposit - not able to be dealt with in store, but customer relations (Daniel) sorted it out and all was fine from there on. More the fault of Dreams having different rules for online and store purchases.

The item we were looking at (a bed) was coming apart in the showroom which concerned us. The assistants knowledge of the £80 pillows we wished to buy was not comprehensive. We had to go elsewhere to find a firm rated mattress in a natural collection
