Chazz was super helpful and quickly showed us how the colour coding system worked around the shop. She wasn’t pushy, just the right level of service and knowledge. Very friendly and a credit to Dreams.

Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very cold though.

The machine to analyse what sort of mattress is best for your body type and sleep position was great, particularly as I have chronic health issues and a lot of back pain. It helped to understand what is best for me and it turns out I had been going for the wrong types of mattresses previously, assuming firmer was better for your back. However a medium is better suited to me. There were a good selection of medium mattresses to test out. Labeling and layout was clear. The store was clean and tidy with good safety measures. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy and readily available for any queries we had.

I had previously visited the store with an open mind as to what mattress I would choose. The selection was good and I didn’t feel pressured to buy on my initial visit, but was guided by Martin who explained the differences very well and clearly knew a lot about each item and the differences between them. I was sceptical about the diagnostic machine but it transpired on my second visit that my final purchase was in the guidelines of the machine too! So maybe there is something in it!
