Took mum in law to choose mattress, Staff very helpful and friendly as she is picky and stubborn Gave her lots of options on mattresses and found the one she wanted in no time at all.

Chazz was exceptional. She listened to all our needs and concerns for our aches and pains. Chazz was a great help in choosing the perfect bed for us. We came away feeling very well cared for.

We arrived at the Portslade store with a couple of mattresses in mind as we'd seen them online. We were immediately approached as we entered the store by Martin who offered to help explained the covid measures and gave us pillows to try the mattresses we'd asked about he offered good advice and showed us all the appropriate options he was very friendly and helpful and we decided to purchase it there and then we were delighted to find we could have it delivered just a few days later and pay for a takeaway service to recycle our old matress. We were very impressed from beginning to end of our experience thanks to Martin.

Chazz, who looked after us was absolutely brilliant!! She is a credit to Dreams! Very understanding of our needs. She listened to what we were looking for and then guided us through the process until we found the right bed with no pressure to buy. We have since gone back and spent a further £2,000 on another bed, and will certainly be coming again to buy a third bed when our youngest daughter needs one!!!!!

There was just a really nice consultative approach by the staff. Friendly, human, informative and no pushyness. It was genuinely one of the best retail experiences I've had
