Steve the sale person listened to what we were looking for took it all in then gave us suggestions of which mattresses to look and wasn't pushing us to make a decision or trying to get us to go above what we could afford.

Chazz was excellent. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and why. We were able to try the Sleepmatch which confirmed ours and her thoughts. We were then shown a few suggestions with no pressure on time or on any specific mattress to purchase. Chazz answered our questions with ease as we tried different mattresses and when we even asked to try sometihng different that was no issue and as Chazz explained it was good to review all the options.
