Very friendly member of staff who helped us decide what type of mattress suited us best. After we tried out the beds on our first visit we left with a good idea of what we wanted. Due to moving house we had to come back for a second visit to order what we wanted. Luckily for us the same member of staff was working and we picked up where we left off. We ordered the bed which took no time at all. We are now looking forward to having our first nights sleep in our new bed!

The sales assistant Steve was very helpful, assured and knowledgeable but not pushy and left us after his briefing to look around and make comparisons between products and then come back to him to help us make a decision. Had he pushed too hard for the sale, we would have been turned off and would likely have walked out
