Steve in the Portslade office couldn't have been more helpful. The bed testing facility machine was a nice added touch as well gIves the sales guys an ice breaker.

Great level of customer service - nice to be greeted with a friendly face and the layout of the shop explained. He knew when to assist but also knew to leave us alone so we could make a decision which is a real skill so very happy.
