Great level of customer service - nice to be greeted with a friendly face and the layout of the shop explained. He knew when to assist but also knew to leave us alone so we could make a decision which is a real skill so very happy.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they gave assistance when I needed it and the environment felt safe with social distancing measures in place. Staff helped me find a mattress that would be delivered in a reasonable time frame.

We really didn’t know what we were looking for. After many years with aches and pains after a night sleep and really feeling the need to change both mattress and bed we were shown around the store to try everything so that we could reach the decision right for us. Friendly staff and prices surprised us as much better than the other local bed shop.
