Largely down to the friendliness and expertise of Martin, who looked after us in the Portslade store. Also very impressed by the 3 minute 'scan' that worked out the most suitable mattress type for me.

We had come to Dreams because we wanted a wooden bed and you had quite a few on display. There were quite a few customers in the store and we couldn't see anyone to help. We were about to leave and go next door when Chazz spotted us and said she would be with us in a minute - and she was. She found the product we were looking for straight away and gave us some generous discounts. We were very impressed.
