Very friendly staff wearing masks and socially distancing - hand sanitiser available at front entrance - bottled water offered with apologies that tea/coffee not available due to Covid-19 I had a bed in mind when I went but after discussing with staff member he showed me other options that better suited my needs. Excellent customer service
