Staff member called Guy was very helpful with me buying my new mattress made sure i had the correct measurements for my new one also let me approach him when i was ready to be served instead of him approaching me

It was the first time that I had been out shopping for a very long time but I needed to buy a bed and my daughter came with me.The young lady that I made my purchase with was excellent and very patience with me as I was nervous about being out. The shop was very clean and tidy and there was no pressure to purchase anything and the young assistant knew what she was talking about when I asked anything. I did think that £60 was a lot of money to take my old bed away so I declined.
