Staff were helpful after having a very bad experience with an online "helper" who decided to cancel my delivery slot. We had purchased the sofa-bed for delivery in time for visitors from abroad and they are now sleeping on a blow up bed. Absolutely terrible online service but fabulous in store service and knowledge.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the store visit and felt that things were explained very clearly to me. As I have a developmental disability, clear communication is a highly sort after feature I look for. The staff member, Martin also was patient with me as I tried to decide between the different options. I left the store feeling confident that I would enjoy my bed when it arrived and wasn't worried about the delivery time. I am appreciative of the experience and will happily explain the experience to anyone who asks.
