I wasn't sure what to expect from the store visit and felt that things were explained very clearly to me. As I have a developmental disability, clear communication is a highly sort after feature I look for. The staff member, Martin also was patient with me as I tried to decide between the different options. I left the store feeling confident that I would enjoy my bed when it arrived and wasn't worried about the delivery time. I am appreciative of the experience and will happily explain the experience to anyone who asks.

Steve was very helpful and professional. I was very impressed with the hand sanitizer, rubber gloves, tissues and even bottles of water available by the entrance. I am disappointed that I have no gaurentee, only an order confirmation.

I was particularly impressed with the social distancing measures put in place at your store. even though I was the only customer at the time, it was clear to see that had it had been busier, I would’ve still been satisfied that both mine and your staffs safety wouldn’t have been compromised. The lady who dealt with me was superb too. Her name was chazz
