It was a very relaxed experience and Chazz our sales assistant was very helpful indeed. Even when taking down details for the order, they highlighted the option of ‘Mx’ as an available title to my name. I found this pleasing that this option was available and made me feel like Dreams is a customer focused company.

Have been having problems with a bad back and so being able to use the machine to indicate the type of mattress was helpful.
