The helpfulness of your colleague in showing us the mattresses he thought we would be interested in, and explaining the meaning of the different colours, without hovering over us or being in any way pushy, so allowing us to pick the mattress we thought was suitable for our needs. He also offered us a hot drink which was very much appreciated as we were in the shop for well over an hour. On making an order he also explained the procedure with regards to disposal of our current mattress and gave us a bag for it to be put in on the day of delivery

Just was exceptionally helpful on the day of the purchase. Previous visit to assess beds, we found the staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy which gave us confidence

The young lady who served us did an excellent job she was polite, very knowledgeable and efficient - seeing to a number of customers at the same time. You should value her as a member of your staff.

We were looking for a leather headboard and were really happy with the one at Dreams. It's an excellent price and delivery was included. The salesman Martin was very helpful.
