From the moment that I entered the store, Judi was very attentive. She listened to my requirements and accompanied me to view the bed of my choice. She was polite and went out of her way to give me a great experience including offering me tea and coffee. She represented your company professionally. I appreciated her help and product knowledge.

Steve helped me throughout my visit. I wasn't sure where to start with choosing a new mattress and bed. Steve explained everything to me and helped guide me through trying different options. I used the sleepmatch machine and tried several mattresses until I was totally happy. Without his help I probably would have left without making a purchase . However I am now excitedly awaiting delivery of my new bed .
