Our Assistant Martin was very knowledgeable and offered guidance and knowledge for what we wanted and the budget we had to spend.

Assistants were helpful in explaining the various types of mattresses and beds available, offered a hot drink too. Not pushy, left me alone to wander around but were available when needed.

We came to the store to do some research, specifically to use the mattress test device but the support and attitude of your representative, Guy (order 158A021214) was so good that we decided on the spot that we wouldn't bother checking alternative merchants for a better price as we were happy to pay (possibly slightly more) for the service provided. The whole experience was extremely positive (even though we brought our 1 year old, who was a bit fidgety) and would happily recommend Dreams in Portslade to friends and family.

My wife and I, were greeted upon arrival by ‘Martin’, who couldn’t be more helpful to our needs. We explained what we were looking for, and he took us through the many options open to us. We were also really impressed by the latest technology available, where a computerised bed system mapped our body and sleeping style, to offer us the right information to guide us through our choices.

There are several reasons for which I would like to thank your store colleague today. Chazz was exceptionally helpful, professional and courteous. She was able to advise us on the different qualities of various types of mattress and with particular reference to the mattress we asked for advice on. What was really appreciated was her approach which was completely non pushy. She was nearby but gave us time to look and consider but we knew she was there to help. As soon as I asked for help she came over. We really appreciated this, it was so refreshing not to have someone breathing down our necks, as was her kindness in helping us even though we were not the sort of customers with a big bank balance. We were treated with complete respect, courtesy and kindness. After this service today, we would never look elsewhere for bedding needs in the future and we will highly recommend Dreams to all friends and colleagues. Chazz helped us to get the very best deal we could financially and again, I cannot express how much we appreciated this. It greatly helped us.

The store has a wide variety of products to choose from and the freedom to browse on your own or with an assistant. The assistant was very polite and friendly and had the order done within minutes which was amazing.

The staff member Judy was the whole experience she was a dream, and catered everything for and really connected with us instead of being pushy just to get a sale. I say its the right staff make the store successful more people like her please
