Steve, was the salesmen that handled my business. He was extremely professional, very relaxed sales and allowed me time to think and shop. Never pressurised and a great sense of humour.

Did go to the bed shop next door but they were nothing like dreams your staff were friendly didn’t push us to buy and very helpful

Judy was very helpful and not pushy. Also I purchased a similar mattress around a year ago which was good, hence I came back to you rather than spending hours shopping around.

My friend drove me to Dreams after I hurt my back as she had bought a new mattress a year or so ago and said she had received the best service there. The assistant Judy took care of us as soon as we walked in. We discussed my needs at length, she put me on a machine to determine which mattress best suited my needs and then discussed my requirements and budget. She showed me the exact type of beds I knew I needed and she was professional and friendly.

Store well stocked. Polite and friendly staff. Not pressured at all. Given time to browse and time to ask questions. Offered a cup of tea/coffee. Parking available. Products available to view with good size search of alternative fabric too.

The store manager in Portslade was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the test machine, seemed really useful. Was able to get good value for money through the deals they had on at the time. The store was really easy to navigate because of the testing but also because of the colour coding. Attention to detail seemed really important, as we had the perfect pillow for our sleeping position to test each applicable bed. We were not rushed throughout any of the process and I feel like we made the correct decisions because of this. Would highly recommend.
