Emma was very welcoming when we arrived and offered hand sanitiser and PPE. Emma even offered to wear PPE to make us feel more comfortable. Everything was unhurried and we were offered good advice to make an informed choice.

The staff member (Emma) greeted us at the door. She explained what would happen during our visit in regards to PPE and how she would be spraying any areas of the shop we visited. We advised her what we were looking for and she explained everything very clearly.
