We originally visited on Friday 19th June late on in the day and were greeted by Emma who was very welcoming and also was extremely good at communicating the new processes in place to keep us and her safe. We were introduced to the machine that carries out the analysis and at all times, Emma was excellent with her communication and explanations. Following the results of the analysis Emma showed us to one of the recommended mattresses, allowed us to spend time experiencing the bed, explaining all the features and benefits - very knowledgable. We were then allowed to try alternatives so as to experience the variables, at which pointe started to run out of time as the store was closing. Emma was quite embarrassed but we were so impressed we made arrangements to return the following day to meet back up and continue the process. The following day we went back to the store to pick up where we had left off to be greeted again in the same professional manner, use of the PPE again and allowed to ask as many questions as we wanted, even if they were repeats. Emma was patient with us and really helped us through the purchasing journey to make sure that we made the right decision.
