Jamie, attended to us well. He gave us all the options Available. He was very friendly and helpful.

When entered the store we were greeted by Howard. He asked what we were looking for. Showed us the technology that helps you find the right mattress for you. Let us have a little browse before returning to make sure we were okay. Gave us some pillows to help make our choice worked out the costing of different items as we kept changing our mind. He was very patient with us. Very friendly and approachable. Probably wouldn't of made a purchase if it wasn't for him.

I only went to the store, as the website was playing up, I met Emma (Gillingham branch) very helpful, approachable and friendly, she took her time in finding put what I was after, and even put me on a bed to find out what type of mattress I needed, Was 1000% happy with the service I received, and info given will definitely go back as and when needed

I was looking online and buying a mattress was a tactical nightmare the assistant that dealt with me at the store was brilliant I must say knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble was offered coffee aswell while I was sorting paying thanks mark Crockford
