We were met and greeted by a member of staff and offered his assistance straight away. He helped us measure units and beds - advised us of offers - changed pillows to aid us whilst testing the bed. Didn't get fed up with us when we were being indessive! Offered us a seat and drink to discuss our needs. All in all very helpful.

We felt the shop assistant knew what he was talking about and showed as exactly what we was looking for. So we are hoping its as comfortable as it looks awaiting delivery of our new mattress.
