The member of staff who assisted us, Jamie at the Gillingham, Kent store, was extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge which made it very easy for us choose the right mattress to suit our requirements. We were given enough time to try several mattresses without any pressure from anyone .. very refreshing! Once we had decided which mattress to choose, Jamie took us through the sale process very efficiently.... a pleasure to deal with and a credit to your store!
