polite and friendly sales assistant who offered us a drink while he set up the delivery for are mattress.price seemed reasonable for a quality mattress.

Howard the sales colleague was knowledgable and helpful but not pushy and gave us the space to make our decision

Emma the sales person was very knowledgeable in her field, she also took the time to find out exactly what our needs were (I suffer from many back problems) and she gave informative talks on all the options that were available to me. She had just the right approach to customers coming into the store by giving us information then allowing my husband and I time to discuss and review what we had been told. She was on the ball and customer focused without being overly intrusive...just the right balance! She was a very significant reason as to our going forward with our purchase. Well done Emma !

The sales assistant quickly established what I was looking for and guided me through the options available to help me make a choice from a shop full of beds!I was given the right sort of information to be able to make a selection. It was a friendly and efficient service.

As soon as I walked in the store there was a member of staff ready to help me. I knew excatly the matress i wanted as the order was placed before i knew it. I walked out extreamly satisfied.
