We were greeted at the door by Howard who asked us what we were looking for today and asked us to hand sanitise. He offered us the mattress detector service in order to purchase the correct mattress for our needs, we took this opportunity today. He showed us various bed frames and mattresses and asked what our budget was today to see if he could meet our needs.
