Several options were given to us and Jamie was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Invited in, asked to use the hand sanitiser. Had 1-2-1 assistant, told about and used the machine that determines what type of Bed would be appropiate i.e. Firm , Very firm. Was then shown the beds that were suitable and given time to think about which one to pick. Then offered bottle of water before continuing to payment.
