Dreams - Abingdon

We have previously bought a bed from Dreams and have been delighted with the bed. Friends and relatives have raved about the comfort!! We returned for a single bed and a double and we’re greeted by a lovely assistant who was so helpful and polite. She was very efficient and professional and found everything we needed. John was fantastic from the beginning. He wasn’t pushy, just keen to help. He invited us onto the sleep analysis machine and then led us through the suggestions and had us try them all and made the technology behind each bed easily understandable. We’re thrilled with our choice. We had only come in to browse and perhaps try a couple, but John was so helpful that we felt more than comfortable buying then and there. His female colleague was also great and gave us some advice. The atmosphere in the store was lovely and the staff a real credit.
