Lovely assistant who was very helpful and efficient. Points to consider: additional signage e.g. pointing out current offers more prominently and also if items are available from stock

Our sales assistant John was excellent, he showed us a few mattresses and then left us to have a look around checking how we were getting on periodically. He offered us water and a coffee which we thought was a really lovely touch and added to the excellent customer service we received whilst in store.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by John who asked us to sanitise our hands are asked what we were looking for. We new exactly what we’re looking for and we’re duly shown the mattress and tried out.

Racheal was absolutely amazing, I tried the Sleepmatch machine and I have picked the mattress that was recommended for me. I can't wait for my new bed as my old mattress collapsed, I have been sleeping in a dip for months and I'm exhausted! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to visit Abingdon branch and buy from Dreams in future. Thank you! :-)

Ellis our customer assistant was excellent and very helpful. There was an excellent choice of beds to try.

Not really knowing what type of mattress would suit us, we were pleasantly surprised that we could be ‘technically’ assisted by computer; then very able helped by a knowledgeable assistant.

From the moment we entered the store till we left we felt valued as a customer
