MY VISIT TO DREAMS ABINGDON.REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE LOOKED AFTER VERY WELL.PERSON HELPING ME CHOOSE MY NEW BED.WAS EXPLAINING ALL INFORMATION VERY CLEAR.DONE THE TEST ON THE MACHINE TO HELP TO FIND CORRECT MATRESS.VERY HIGH STANDARD OF EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE PRODUCT HE WAS SELLING ME.SHOP VERY CLEAN AND SAFE.DURING THESE COVID TIMES.OVER ALL EXPERIENCE OF MY VISIT WAS EXTREAMLY GOOD.THANK YOU DREAMS FROM KEVIN CULLEY

The staff member was very friendly straight away but not pushy. He gave me information but also gave me space to try things out and look around. When he asked him about a particular bed I’d seen online he showed me it straight away.

Visited store about 7.00 told sales lady what I wanted showed me my options exp.ained everything very clearly. Would certainly return to my local Dreams store again. Thankyou

I was highly satisfied with our visit to the Dreams store in Abingdon. Sanitation area set up at front of store , team members kept there distance whilst serving us. Systems out in place for us to have the same service as before Covid but which was clean we felt safe, ie disposable covers for pillows and staff disinfecting beds after use . The lady who served us was very knowledgeable she was not pushy in any way and gave us time to decide and make our descion. She have us info that also helped with our final descion. Really pleased with the service and store .

Friendly staff, greeted nicely ,asked what I was looking for, suggested I use the dreams machine so knew exactly what mattress to purchase . Maisie the staff member who served me was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and also gave me space and time to make sure I was satisfied with the mattress I purchased.

The employee was very helpful and showed us a range of products in different price brackets to help us decide.

Fantastic service, Racheal in the Abingdon Dreams was lovely and so kind to our children who were with us at the time.

We booked an appointment online and when we got to the store we were greeted by a lovely lady who offered us a drink. She already knew what we were looking for and suggested we try the bed match machine thing. We had come with our 2 year old and she locked the doors so we could try this without worrying about out little one running out into the car park. After this she told us about the mattresses that were matched to us and gave us time to try these there was no rush which was great :) overall top service.

The moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and had the COVID safety guidelines in store explained to us. We were asked if we needed assistance or were happy to browse on our own, and the sales assistant set us up on the sleep match and then took us to the relevant mattresses. She was knowledgeable, friendly, didn’t rush or pressure us.

Our Dreams Assistant - Hannah was wonderful. What more can I say.
