The gentleman who served me was very helpful and polite.

From the time I went into the store , I was met by Hannah, the assistant , who answered all my questions and was very efficient, for example, I didn’t have to request a pillow and protection when I went to try a mattress, she took the initiative. When I placed the order over the phone 2 days later it was equally dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Helpful advice, not rushed and safety measures in place.

Assistant was very helpful, was knowledgeable about the products and what to do when IT systems failed. Also presented a human aspect and attempted to relate to us as customers.

The customer service adviser was incredibly helpful, upon arrival we were taken to the sleepmatcher straight away and as we did this she made us coffees. She then pointed out the different mattresses that may be appropriate and told us more about mattress care and the lifetime of the mattresses. She was so helpful and friendly and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We can’t wait to try our new mattress!

The assistant helped us out straight away as I think she knew we had no clue what we were looking for. Offered us coffee and we tried out the machine and then we were shown around multiple beds. I never felt stupid saying anything and she also gave us an opportunity to go and retry the beds ourselves, so it felt like less pressure

Hannah was very helpful to myself and my partner about picking a bed frame and the right mattress for us, all assisted us with a budget too. Hannah was also extremely helpful with our son who came along with us.

The assistant was very polite and helpful. Carried out the process very efficiently.

From the moment we walked in , polite and excellent customer service. We weren't pressured into buying anything. Good range of products available in showroom, with knowledgeable and helpful sales team. Delivery timescales and order process very good.
