Godfrey was professional through out the whole experience and I cannot fault him on the advice and choice that were given.

Pretty simple really Godfrey was first class , I genuinely wanted a mattress but really only popped in to browse the range as I planned to buy from John Lewis , given the way I was dealt with and detail and care taken with me in addition to the range available it became increasingly clear to me that I would not be buying mattress from John Lewis as once delivery times were confirmed and the professional manner I was allowed to re-schedule a second visit I was completely comfortable buying with Godfrey and although the mattress is not due until Friday so far it’s been faultless

It was everything I dreamed of!!!!

We were welcomed without feeling pressurised from a lovely assistant . I had already seen the item I was looking for online and I showed the assistant the picture on my phone. She showed me the items on the shop floor and also explained that I could purchase another headboard that I had seen on the shop floor. I had planned to buy a basic mattress but I was shown a variety of mattresses that may suit my needs , and despite it being more expensive than what I planned to spend it made sense as the quality was much better and it was half price. Before we made our final decision the assistant ( I think her name was Sherelle ) showed us on the screen what the items looked like , and we were also given a nice coffee whilst we made our purchase .

A member of staff came over immediately when I entered the store and asked how they could help. I needed a new mattress and they helped me determine the firmness I needed (using the machine they have in store), within my budget. They then let me try different mattresses without hovering yet being within earshot if I needed them.

Store Manager was extremely knowledgeable, took time to understand our asks and was very understanding of our circumstances with upcoming house move.

Chantelle was excellent

Cherrelle help us to do the sleepmatch test, it can find a suitable mattresses to us easily.
