Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We bought our bed and mattress from the Dreams store in Leith Edinburgh. David was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with lots of information regarding our options and answered all our questions. He provided an excellent customer service. The Sleepmatch was a great experience too, we could easily take a nap on that bed :-) ! We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Godfrey was able to answer all the questions we had and dealt with the fact that one of us uses a wheelchair in a very pleasant way. He was informative without being pushy, giving us time to think about things whenever necessary. He made the experience personal and fun - not at all what we'd expected.

The assistance we received was excellent. Godfrey was knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, conscious of Covid health and safety, able to recommend pillows and additional products.

Godfrey and David were so helpful and accommodating for my circumstances and have arranged a payment plan and delivery to suit me. Super knowledge on mattresses, good patter and brilliant service all round. Also excellent covid hygiene in store.

We were provided with exceptional service from Godfrey. He was approachable, professional and knowlegeable without being pushy. We have other products we need to purchase and will definitely return to Dreams for those purchases because of the service we received in store from Godfrey.

We knew we wanted a new bed, we used the bed finder machine and were happy with the ones it selected for us and ultimately bought one of the models. The sales person was super helpful, patience, great with our kids and we were the only customers at the shop, so we felt safe.

We were served by a lovely man called jeffory he invited us to use the bed station to see what mattresses were suitable for us. He was very knowledgeable about our needs after he got the report and showed us what was available. He showed us a wide range of mattresses and we left with one we were happy with. With quick delivery. We will definitely go back
