Godfrey looked after us when we went to Dreams in Edinburgh. We had never bought a mattress before so didn't know where to start. From the moment we went in, Godfrey was so welcoming and friendly and guided us through the whole process, from using the sleep match technology to narrow down the beds which would better suit us to explaining every single option. In all honestly, we didn't know we could have such a giggle looking for a bed! The hygiene standards were up to scratch with each bed being sanitised before and after trial and protectors being used throughout. If we ever need a new mattress, this is the only place we'll go to.

I didn’t know exactly what mattress I needed but I knew I wanted a king size divan bed. Once I’d got in the store and had a look around the sales girl acknowledged me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. Yes I did! I asked her lots of questions which she answered with patience, she showed me lots of options before then setting me up on the machine to find my ideal mattress. Then I was able to try the different mattresses and again, all my questions were answered. The sales girl (Cherelle) was absolutely brilliant. Her product knowledge was great and I felt I was choosing my new bed with someone who genuinely cared that we got the right product for me. From start to finish my experience was extremely positive so thank you for making me feel comfortable. Before I entered the store I’d felt a little anxious but your friendly and helpful staff made me feel completely at home. Thank you Dreams, I’ll definitely be telling everyone how good you are.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff member who served me made me feel very welcome and at ease within the store and over the phone, Her product knowledge was also helpful and reassuring whilst in store and made the journey and buying experience more pleasurable, would highly recommend the store and service to others!
