All was good and assistance was very good, only disappointed at the waiting time for our purchase to be delivered. otherwise all was professional and well presented.

I called Dreams for assistance with a replacement mattress. Dreams called my records up from 2015 and were able to tell me exactly which mattress I was looking for. I ordered by phone due to quarantine and Godrey at the Seafield branch in Edinburgh was extremely helpful informative and thorough. He explained all the costs in detail and how to go about returning the old mattress. Super efficient and very nice manner.

Staff member called Godfrey Very knowledgeable about the product but due to an influx of customers he was having to look after more as they arrived so skipping between three couples at once
