We were given excellent customer service by David. From explaining precautions re Covid when we entered the store & taking us through the "Sleepmatch" experience to allowing us to experience the different options & arranging delivery, he was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful throughout.

The colleague listened and took the time to understand what we required. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we took advantage of your 3for 2 deal on furniture which saved us a lot of time. All colleagues made sure all customers were spoken to and made sure that the right amount of customers were in the store to keep us safe in the current climate. We got everything we needed and had fun will buying the colleague was fantastic and very knowledgeable
